Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN), has a requirement for the fabrication of 9 high quality, highly impact resistant, multi-ply aluminum composite plates for defense and civilian dual use applications. The work requires the fabrication of 3-, 9-, and 27-ply aluminum plates by roll-bonding technology.
