All required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted on January 15th, 2027 by 14:00 EST. The Common Heavy Equipment Replacement (CHER) project seeks to replace the Canadian Armed Forces’ (CAF) militarized Heavy Support Equipment (HSE) capability with modern, reliable, and deployable equipment. CHER has divided the equipment into eight (8) acquisition bundles.
