The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking to purchase one or more large industrial properties in Montréal, Québec. Property owners and their authorized representatives are invited to submit an expression of interest identifying a property available for sale to DND by email to biensimmobiliersmtl@forces.gc.ca. Expressions of interest must be received no later than November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time).
